Clarity Projectors stands behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Return window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Conditions for return

• Item must be unused or show only minimal use for evaluation purposes
• All original accessories, cables, and documentation must be included
• Original packaging must be intact

Non-returnable items

• Replacement lamps purchased separately (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
• Products with physical damage caused by the customer
