How do I initiate a return?

Starting a return with Clarity Projectors is straightforward. Follow these steps:

Step 1 – Request a return

Submit a return request through our support form within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 – Receive your prepaid label

Within 1 business day, our team will email you a prepaid return shipping label (domestic US only). International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 3 – Pack and ship

Pack the item securely in its original box. Attach the label to the outside and drop it off at any UPS location.

Step 4 – Refund processed

Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 2–3 business days), your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
