Can I exchange my projector for a different model?

Yes! We offer exchanges on projectors within 30 days of delivery.

How exchanges work

1. Contact our support team via the support form and specify the model you'd like instead.
2. We'll check availability and send you a prepaid return label for the original item.
3. Ship back the original unit.
4. Once we receive it, we'll ship your new model within 1–2 business days.

Price differences

If the new model costs more, you'll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Exchanges are not available on items marked "Final Sale."
